44th Sanicole International Airshow Leopoldsburg Belgium 22th of September 2024

On September 22, 2024, the 44th edition of the International Sanicole Airshow took place in Leopoldsburg, Belgium, commemorating the 80th anniversary of liberation after World War II and Operation Market Garden. A highlight of the event was the Belgian Air Force’s 17th Squadron from Beauvechain, performing a tactical demonstration with two Agusta A109 helicopters. Additionally, the Polish Air Force’s C-130E Hercules demonstration team made their international debut, marking a significant milestone for their 14th Airlift Squadron from the 33rd Air Base in Powidz. The German Air Force also impressed the audience with their Eurofighter Typhoon, showcasing remarkable manoeuvres and advanced technology.
