Low Flying Area (GLV-5) is located at the Oirschotse Heide, just north of Eindhoven AB. The area is frequently used by helicopters of the Defense Helicopter Command. The Oirschotse Heide.

Falcon Legion: Training of the Airmobile Brigade. On Wednesday April 31, a part of the training was carried out on the Oirschotse Heide. The training consists of two parts: The general military training as any soldier gets to train only with the added accents of physical deployability and mental toughness at an early stage. After this part, the training is more focused on the Airmobile Brigade, including a basic helicopter training in which they learn to work with the transport helicopters such as the Chinook and Cougar.
